The present conditions of sale are concluded on the one hand, by the Company 410-GONE, whose registered office is located at 6 place Dumas de Loire la Cordée 69009 Lyon, and on the other hand, by any individual or legal entity wishing to proceed to a purchase via the Internet site SWAN.TOOLS, named hereafter, “the purchaser”.
The present conditions of sale aim at defining the contractual relations between the company 410- GONE and the purchaser and the conditions applicable to any purchase of service carried out by the purchaser through the SWAN.TOOLS site
The access of the service provided by SWAN.TOOLS through the present site, implies an acceptance without reserve by the purchaser of the present conditions of sale.
Characteristics of the proposed services
The offer of services are those which appear on the site SWAN.TOOLS whose principal activity is a sale of service provision relating to the redirection of URLs of Internet sites accompanied by SEO migration.
The prices appearing on the site SWAN.TOOLS are prices HT in euros. The company 410-GONE reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, being however understood that the price applicable to the purchaser, is the one appearing on the estimate or the invoice transmitted beforehand to the purchaser.
Invoicing, method and term of payment
The SWAN.TOOLS site has a secure online payment system. The orders are payable before execution of the contract.
The invoice established by the company 410-GONE mentions :
- The number of purchase order
- The name and contact information of 410-GONE and the buyer.
- The price of the service, excluding VAT and all taxes.
- Price reductions for the service
- The precise name of the service
- The settlement due date
- Penalty rate for late payment
- The amount of the recovery indemnity for late payment
The time limit for payment of the sums due cannot exceed 30 days after execution of the contract.
The deadline agreed between 410-Gone and the purchaser, cannot exceed sixty days from the date of invoice.
A maximum period of forty-five days at the end of the month from the invoice date can be agreed between 410-GONE and the buyer and will be mentioned in the contract.
Terms and conditions of sale
Before signing the contract, the company 410-GONE commits itself to provide the buyer with the following information:
- The price of the service
- Billing and payment conditions
- The date or time of execution
- The legal notices of the company
- Terms and conditions of the service sale operation
- The quotation
- The duration of validity of the quote
After sales service
Instructions and support will not be individually supported. They will be developed only in the FAQ of the SWAN.TOOLS website.
The signing of an order is a contract. The order is considered firm and final upon its signature. The company 410-Gone then delivers a purchase order with its own number.
The purchase order provides the following information:
- The name of the parts
- Address of the company 410-Gone and of the buyer
- The date of the order
- The order number
- The name of the service
- The price of the service excluding VAT
All the data provided and the recorded confirmation will serve as proof of the transaction.
The right of withdrawal in the context of a short service during 14 days from the day of signing the order. The company 410-GONE will apply the provisions according to the article L441-6 of the commercial code.
410-GONE cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from the use of the Internet network such as loss of data, intrusion, virus, rupture of the service, total or partial decrease of the traffic of the user’s site or other involuntary problems.
In addition, the elements provided on the SWAN.TOOLS site are only indicative.
Data in personal matter

The computerized registers of the company 410-GONE will be considered by the parties as proof of communications, orders, payments and transactions between them.
The supporting documents (invoices, purchase orders) are kept for ten years from the end of the financial year, in accordance with article L123-22 of the commercial code.
These conditions of sale prevail over all other conditions that would not be formally approved by 410-GONE.
410-GONE reserves the right to modify its terms and conditions of sale at any time. The applicable conditions will be those in force at the date of signature of the order contract by the buyer, the company 410-GONE.
